Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service, including features used and error reports.
Design Tokens: When you publish design tokens for Figma sync, they are stored securely on our servers and accessible only via your unique sync code.
Images: Images you upload for color extraction are processed locally on your device and are not stored on our servers.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for our database infrastructure and Vercel for our backend services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to provide our services.

We use the following third-party services:
- Google Gemini AI: For generating color palettes and design tokens. Your prompts and generated content may be processed by Google's servers.
- Apple In-App Purchases: For processing credit purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple.
- Supabase: For secure data storage.
- Vercel: For hosting and serverless functions.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request data deletion by contacting us. Note that deleting your data will result in the loss of any remaining credits and published design tokens.
7. Children's Privacy
Chromacraft is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
